Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping & Delivery
MAISON MO orders are prepared with care from our California studio. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product page. During launches, pre-order periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
MAISON MO is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States using tracked carrier services. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout where available. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are not collected by MAISON MO unless clearly stated at checkout and are not refundable by MAISON MO.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at returns@maisonmo-mmo.com with your order number and tracking information. We will help initiate a carrier inquiry where possible. MAISON MO is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist.
Returns & Refunds
We hope each MAISON MO piece feels considered and lasting. If something is not right, eligible items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact returns@maisonmo-mmo.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns must be authorized by MAISON MO before they are shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- Free of fragrance, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with original packaging, garment bags, dust bags, and any included accessories
MAISON MO reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If a return is refused, the item may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective or incorrectly shipped:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Sale or markdown items
- Made-to-order, custom, personalized, or altered items
- Gift cards
- Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits where hygiene protection has been removed or disturbed
- Any item noted as final sale on the product page or at checkout
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for MAISON MO to process your return after receipt, plus additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For domestic returns, a flat $12 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived if the return is due to a MAISON MO error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
At this time, we recommend placing a new order for the desired size or style and returning the original item for a refund. This helps ensure the replacement piece is secured before it sells out.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@maisonmo-mmo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the return is due to a MAISON MO error or defective item. MAISON MO is not responsible for international return shipments lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import fees are not refundable by MAISON MO. You may be able to request a refund of duties or taxes from your local customs authority, depending on your country’s rules.
